I’ve bought from this brand before and usually have a lot of trust in their gear, so I really wanted to love this tent. It did keep me dry during some rain, which I definitely appreciated, but the poles felt a little weaker than I expected. It worked fine overall, but I’m a bit conflicted because I’ve had better experiences with this brand in the past.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly this tent worked with the poles and footprint I already had. Everything fit without any hassle, which made setup nice and easy. No complaints at all, it just did what I needed it to do.

I picked up my Big Agnes tent last week and did a trial run in the backyard before taking it out for real. I was surprised how easy it was. The color-coded poles and matching clips made it obvious where everything went, and I had the whole thing standing in about 10 minutes without really needing the instructions. I also appreciated that the pole sleeves and clips didn’t feel fussy or flimsy. Even packing it back into the bag was way less annoying than with other tents I’ve used. I used it on one of those colder nights recently, and it kept me warm the whole time. I don’t have a ton to compare it to, but the insulation feels solid and cozy.

I had an issue with my tent and ended up reaching out about the warranty. They did agree to fix it, which I appreciated, but the whole process wasn’t exactly quick. I’d send a message and then wait a while to hear back, so it felt a bit dragged out. I also had to cover the shipping myself, which was kind of a bummer. In the end, the tent came back fixed, so I’m glad they stood behind the product, but I wish the communication had been a little faster.

Slept good. Pad felt comfy. Got up three times. Still no leaks. Big relief.

I took my Big Agnes tent out for a warm weekend trip and came away really happy with it. Compared to my old tent, the airflow was so much better. I didn’t wake up sweaty or uncomfortable, and there wasn’t that stale, stuffy tent smell in the morning. Even with the rainfly on, the vents still did their job really well. It’s a simple thing, but it made the whole trip a lot more comfortable

I was not in the mood to deal with another return or customer service back-and-forth, but this was surprisingly easy. The return went through quickly and they swapped my size without making it a whole thing

Picked up this Big Agnes tent because my old one was just... way too much for backpacking. So far I’m really happy with it. It packs down super small and doesn’t take over my whole bag, which is such a relief on longer hikes. Haven’t had it forever or anything, but it feels solid and easy to carry. Definitely glad I bought it.

It was okay overall, just not quite as cushy as I was hoping. I slept through most of the night, but I did wake up a couple times because my hips were sore. They made it seem a little more comfortable for the price, so I expected more. Not terrible, just kind of average.

I’ve been happy with the tent so far. It feels sturdy and handled some wind and rain without any issues. The zippers haven’t snagged on me, the fabric seems tough, and I don’t really have any complaints at this point.

Just a quick heads up for anyone looking at bigagnes.com: I bought a tent from them it turned out to be worth the money. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, so don’t expect bargain-bin pricing, but the quality feels really solid and it packs down easily. Shipping was totally fine too. If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s a safe buy based on my experience, and I’d order from them again.

i was on Big Agnes looking for a tent, and the site looks good at first. once i started actually shopping though, it felt a little clunky. pages were slower than i expected, and a couple filters didn’t seem to stay set when i moved around.

the product details are there, so it’s not like the info is missing. i just had to click way too much to compare sizes, specs, and options. using it on my phone was even more frustrating, which made the whole thing feel like more work than it should have been.

checkout itself was fine, but by that point i was already annoyed. the gear seems solid and i’d still consider buying from them, but the website could definitely use some cleaning up.

I actually liked how comfortable the bag felt at first, so it was disappointing when the zipper kept getting stuck. After just a few trips, one of the buckles cracked too, which was really frustrating. I wanted to love it, but it just didn’t hold up the way I hoped.

It fits okay, okay enough for everyday wear, but it’s not very breathable. I like the jacket overall, just wish it didn’t make me feel so warm so quickly.

I picked up this Big Agnes tent thinking it would be comfortable for two people, but it feels smaller once you actually put gear inside. Sure, it technically fits two sleeping pads, but common sense says people also have bags, clothes, and a few things they don’t want sitting outside, and that’s where it starts feeling cramped.
You can sit up in the middle fine, but changing clothes or trying to move around is kind of a hassle. It works as a tent, and I’m not saying it’s useless, but for the price I expected it to feel more livable. I’d call it a good roomy solo tent, not something I’d want to share for more than a quick trip.

I ordered a tent from Big Agnes and, i was half expecting some delivery nonsense, but nope, it came right on time. Tracking updated like it was supposed to, so I can’t really blame anyone for anything here. Box was in good shape and everything looked fine. Happy with the whole thing
